More Pleasant Flights, Less Fatigue with Better Comfort
Your flight can be awful or even pleasant, depending on how you prepare
for it.
In order to ensure yourself good comfort, check the following elements
to get prepared:
drink little alcohol prior to flight and avoid drinking much alcohol
on flight: because alcohol-containing drinks might get you feel "up
and then down" again, some might even cause stomach problems
if you do drink little alcohol, choose healthier drinks:
preferably light drinks, such as beer, avoid strong drinks with high
concentration of alcohol (such as whiskey)
avoid drinking caffeine-containing liquids prior and during the
flight: this one due to the negative side effects of caffeine
wear comfortable clothing, including light shoes:
nothing must
be too tight, in order to let your blood circulation go well
