West Palm Beach, Florida (U.S.A.) Travel Directory

West Palm Beach, Florida (U.S.A.) Travel Directory

Located in southeastern Florida, West Palm Beach is home to 120.000.

This is a place where visitors come to have fun on the beach, but the real estate market is also evolving positively. Many citizens more to Florida from the cooler northern cities. The vacation home sales selection is wide enough, if you can afford one. Some even move to this city. It is also preferred by the elderly. Quieter than Orlando or Miami.

Festivals, shows and other events are held frequently... SunFest, the Palm Beach International Film Festival, the National Horse Show, the Palm Beach Boat Show, city festivals and so on... Very interesting is that water taxis are used to travel from one place to another on the north-south axis. This is due to the existence of a canal-like water body between the land and the beach (a narrower inhabited stretch of land acts as a barrier between it and the Atlantic Ocean).

You will enjoy visiting West Palm Beach because of its old Spanish colonial-style buildings (for instance the Seaboard Air Line station, which is a rail station in fact).
