Maracaibo (Venezuela) Travel Directory

Maracaibo (Venezuela) Travel Directory

This city is located in the northwestern part of Venezuela near the Lake of Maracaibo across which a very long, over 8 km bridge is running. The bridge itself can be an interesting thing to see, but the city of Maracaibo is most famous for its colourful old houses in the old quarters.

After Caracas, Maracaibo is the largest city with over 3,2 million inhabitants.

The region is rich in petrol and therefore economically stands out compared to most parts of Venezuela.

Maracaibo is famous for its good universities, shopping malls, local music and gastronomy. It is definitely a city you must visit when in Venezuela!

We hope that our Maracaibo directory page will help you find information and travel services to satisfy your needs!
