Spain's capital is a boasting rich metropolis. The central area of Madrid
is the 3rd most populous in the European Union and if we consider the
metropolitan Madrid, then it's the 4th. In the central area it has over 3
million, while the metropolitan Madrid has over 7 million inhabitants. Modern architecture is also abundant in Madrid. Perhaps the symbol of modern Madrid is the Puerta de Europa (2 interesting inclined office towers facing each other).
