It is one of South Africa's most popular tourism destinations. Its Afrikaans name is Kaapstad.

Especially the famous Table Mountain with its flat top attracts a large number of foreign travelers.

Cape Town is fare than Johannesburg, with a central population of 3,5 million, close to the latter one, but with a smaller metropolitan area, lines up second from the economical point of view.

A port city... was primarily used by the Dutch, after they established it in 1652 as the first permanent European settlement in South Africa.

If you travel to Cape Town, you will notice picturesque old streets with colourful houses, ports and interesting city skylines.
